
2010 Indianapolis Air Show Photo Contest
Did you take a great shot this year? Enter the Photo Contest!
Three Categories of Entries:
- Military
- Civilian
- The Air Show Experience
• Entries: Maximum of one entry per person per category.
• Electronic submissions must be in JPEG format. Images should measure between 800 and 1600 pixels on the long edge.
• After creating an account on the Roberts Raw site, Users will be able to upload their entries and vote for their favorite photographs.
• Full res images will be required from all winners.
• Images will also be on the Indianapolis Air Show’s Flickr page

Entry Rules:
• You may submit one picture for each of this year’s categories: Civilian, Military or The Air Show Experience
• Submissions must have been taken during the 2010 Indianapolis Air Show
• Any photos you submit must have been shot by you
• The Indianapolis Air Show and Roberts will have the rights to publish all submitted images in print, video and/or digital formats at no cost
• Members of the Indianapolis Air Show or Roberts staff are not eligible
• Photoshop and other development programs are only allowed as far as basic dark room procedures, such as correcting white balance, exposure, and contrast.
• Use of photo manipulation for the removal or addition of elements, selective color, etc is not permissible.
• Photos determined to be manipulated or beyond the scope of their category may be removed from consideration without notification
• Winning entries will be notified by the email address provided, please also provide a phone number and mailing address.
• The decisions of the judge are final
• All entries should include your name, address, city, state, zip, valid email address, phone, category and caption.
• Deadline: all entries must be received by June 30, 2010.
Judging:

Judging the Photo Contest this year will be the award winning Jim Koepnick. Jim is an award winning photojournalist at the Oshkosh Northwestern newspaper and is currently in his 24th year as Chief Photographer at EAA in Oshkosh. Jim is considered to be one of the premier aviation photograhers in the world. He is responsible for most of EAA’s air-to-air photography for its publications, including Sport Aviation magazine and the World of Flight Calendar. He is also responsible for directing photographic coverage of EAA AirVenture–Oshkosh.
Jim is not limited to subjects that fly! He is highly recognized for his creative freelance photography in a variety of fields which include weddings, events, Commercial photography including merchandise and food, automobiles, sports, underwater and travel. Thank you Jim, we appreciate your time and expertise!
