The Flight Commanders private chalet provides first class entertainment at one of the nation’s most prestigious air shows. This exclusive area is located at show center on the flight line, providing the most spectacular viewing for all guests.
Seating for the flight commanders club is available under a canopied tent or umbrella tables, seating 6-8 guests. A gratifying lunch is also provided to guests of the flight commanders club, exclusively catered by Montage at Allison Pointe.
Your Flight Commander Seating includes:
- Large canopied tent, with serving tables
- Umbrella tables and chairs
- Catered luncheon from Montage at Allison Pointe, served 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM with desserts
- Unlimited beverages throughout the day, including beer, wine, soda and water
- Private restroom facilities
- Air show pilots and performers will be brought to the Flight Commanders chalet to sign autographs as time and scheduling permits
Flight Commanders Club Luncheon Menu:
- Mixed green salad served with candied almonds, onion confit, cherry grape tomatoes and roasted red pepper vinagarette
- Spinach & Radicchio Salad served with shaved fennel, serrano ham, dried figs, petite basque chards and brown mustard vinagarette
- Assorted breads with French Butter and Olive Butter
- Smoked and Grilled Ribeye, served with garlic mushrooms, caramelized onions and Montage house made steak sauce.
- Seared Mahi Mahi, served with sliced red pepper and alfredo sauce
- Yukon gold mashed potatoes with caramelized onions
- Grilled asparagus with julienne of carrots
- New York cheese cake with fresh fruit topping
- Wild berry & chocolate mousse torte topped with fresh berries
- European roast coffee, regular, decaffeinated, and tea all served with cream, sugar, Sweet and Low and Equal.
